Vivian is a writer from Texas. She was a 2024 National Endowment for the Arts Fellow and the Fall 2024 Philip Roth Resident in Creative Writing at Bucknell University. She has received additional fellowships from Yaddo, Storyknife, the Blue Mountain Center, Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, A Public Space, and Cornell University, where she taught as an MFA lecturer in creative writing and served as an assistant editor at EPOCH Magazine. Her work can be found in The Paris Review, The Drift, A Public Space, Narrative, and elsewhere. She is an aquarius.
